1. Respect for Intellectual Property

PixelForge respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. We are committed to responding to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Content on Our Platform

PixelForge is an esports information platform. We display:

  • Match Data: Licensed from PandaScore API
  • Embedded Streams: Via official Twitch and YouTube embed players
  • Team/Player Logos: Used for informational purposes under fair use
  • Game-related Content: Used in accordance with game publishers' community guidelines

We do not host video content directly. All streams are embedded from their original platforms.

3. DMCA Takedown Procedure

If you believe that content on PixelForge infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. To be effective, your notice must include:

Required Information:

  1. Identification of copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identification of infringing material: The URL or specific location on our site where the allegedly infringing material is located.
  3. Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Where to Send DMCA Notices

We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 48-72 hours.

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Identification of the removed material and its former location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, and telephone number
  • A statement consenting to jurisdiction of federal court in your area
  • Your physical or electronic signature

6. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

7. Third-Party Embedded Content

For content embedded from third-party platforms (Twitch, YouTube), copyright concerns should be directed to those platforms:

PixelForge may contain copyrighted material, the use of which has not always been specifically authorized by the copyright owner. We believe this constitutes "fair use" of any such copyrighted material for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, and education, as provided in Section 107 of the US Copyright Law. If you wish to use copyrighted material from this site for purposes beyond fair use, you must obtain permission from the copyright owner.
